How it works
A candidate applies for a cashier job on LinkedIn Jobs or Indeed — and instantly receives a bot link. Three button questions filter out unsuitable applicants automatically. Those who pass are marked Qualified in Workday: the bot finds the candidate by phone number and updates the card or creates a new one. Screening answers are saved in the card — HR sees everything before the call. In Telegram, the bot briefly introduces the company and confirms that HR will be in touch shortly. Unsuccessful candidates receive a referral link: recommend a suitable friend and get a bonus if they are hired.
Job posted on LinkedIn Jobs or Indeed — every new application gets an automatic reply with a bot link. The candidate completes the check in 2 minutes, no phone call required.
Three screening questions — the bot automatically filters candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements.
Example questions:
❓ Do you have a Food Hygiene certificate or are you willing to obtain one?
✅ Candidates with a certificate or willing to get one continue the screening. Answer “No” — automatic stop.
❓ Do you have experience with a POS system, cash register, or handling cash?
✅ Any answer is recorded: No experience / Under 6 months / 6–12 months / Over a year — data saved in Workday and visible to HR before the call.
❓ Are you available for shift work including evenings, weekends and bank holidays?
✅ Only “Yes” continues the screening. Answer “No” — automatic stop.
After completing all questions, the conversation is automatically moved to Telegram.
All candidate responses are saved to a table in real time — no manual data entry required.
The bot finds the candidate in Workday by phone number — updates the existing card or creates a new one. Status is set to Qualified, screening answers are saved to the card. No duplicates — HR works with a clean database.
