How it works
The bot works daily in Telegram for both recruiters and the HRD. Here's the full daily cycle:
Morning — each recruiter receives a personal pipeline digest: overdue candidates flagged in red, action-required in yellow, on-track in green. One tap → candidate card with AI recommendation.
During the day — the bot surfaces actionable insights. Offer gap detected? The AI suggests a revised number and a specific closing tactic (remote work, signing bonus, accelerated timeline).
Evening — the bot asks about failed interviews and tricky cases. The recruiter replies with a voice note. The bot transcribes, structures, and saves it to the shared knowledge base — linked to similar past cases.
Weekly — the HRD receives a team digest: positions closed, overdue candidates, top performers, at-risk recruiters, and a key AI insight (e.g., take-home tasks over 4h are pushing candidates away).

❓ Can the bot work with our existing ATS?
✅ Yes — integrates with Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday via API. Setup takes 1–2 days.
❓ How does the AI determine the offer gap?
✅ It compares your offer against market benchmarks and the candidate's stated expectations (from screening notes or ATS fields). You can adjust thresholds per role.
❓ Who saves the voice insights — the recruiter manually?
✅ No. The recruiter records a voice note in Telegram, the bot transcribes and structures it automatically, then saves it to the team knowledge base.
❓ Can the HRD configure which metrics appear in the weekly digest?
✅ Yes — the digest template is fully configurable: choose metrics, set thresholds for "at risk", and define the reporting period.
